Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That W. G. Marchione, also .
known as William G. Marchione, and LaVerne R. Marchione, husband and
wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do
remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Lawrence L. Cook and Christy Cook,
husband and wife, the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Commencing at the corner point common to Sections 19, 20, 29
and 30, T25N, R115W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence
easterly 1320 feet, thence northerly 4121 .70 feet, , thence westerly
1312.08 feet, thence southerly 161.7 feet, thence westerly 1320
feet, thence southerly 3960 feet, thence easterly 1320 feet to the
point of beginning
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
In witness whereof, they have hereunto set their signatures this 31~ day
