the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Commencing at the corner point common to Sections 19, 20, 29
and 30, T25N, R115W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence
easterly 1320 feet, thence northerly 4121.70 feet, , thence westerly
1320 feet, thence southerly 161.7 feet, thence westerly 1320 feet,
thence southerly 3960 feet, thence easterly 1320 feet to the point of
beginning, enclosing an area of 244.87 acres, more or less
Excepting any and all minerals or mineral rights therefrom.
Reserving unto the grantors, an easement for ingress and egress for an
existing roadway thirty (30) feet in width along the westerly boundary of the
above described land.
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
