and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Commencing at the corner point common to Sections 19, 20, 29
and 30, T25N, R115W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence
easterly 1320 feet, thence northerly 1848 ·feet, thence westerly
2475 feet, thence northerly 2112 feet, thence westerly 165 feet,
thence southerly 3960 feet, thence easterly 1320 feet to the point of
beginning, enclosing an area of 120 acres, more or less
Excepting any and all minerals or mineral rights therefrom.
