RATIFICATION OF OIL AND GAS LEASES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the undersigned., for and in consideration ofTen and more ($10.00) Dollars and other good
and valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged., the undersigned
hereby ratifies, adopts and confirms in all respects the Oil and Gas Lease dated September 10, 2008,
between LaVoy O. Taylor, a married man dealing with sole and separate property and Charity Ann Taylor,
a single person, as Lessor and LandPro Energy, LLC, as Lessee, recorded in the records of Lincoln COWIty,
Wyoming, said Oil and Gas Lease cover the following described land located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:
TownshiD 24 North. Ranae 119 West. ofthe 6th P.M
Section 8: Tmct Seventy-Three (73) (Originally described as W2SE)
Section 13: Lot 12
Section 14: Lot 23
Section 17: Tract Sixty-Seven (67) (Originally described as N2NE and E2NW)
Section 18: Lot 16, W2SE, SESE
Section 29: Lot 7
Section 30: S2NE, SENW, E2SW, W2SE
Containing 834.03 Gross Acres.
and does hereby grant, lease and let the above described land in said Leases unto the above named Lessee,
its heirs, successors, and assigns, upon the terms and conditions and subject to the provisions of said
Leases, and said Leases are by reference made a part hereof with the same force and effect as if the

The undersigned hereby agrees and declares that said Oil and Gas Leases in all of its terms and
provisions is binding upon us and each of us and is a valid and subsisting oil and gas lease and that this
instrument shall be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns of
the undersigned.
IN WI1NESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this instrument this day
of September 10, 2008.
