Elsie C. Call, Grantor, of Utah County, Utah, hereby quit claims to Elsie C. Call as Trustee
of the Elsie C. Call revocable Trust, dated 11th day of December 1996, to the account of
Schedule "B" of such trust, Grantee, of Utah County, Utah, for good and valuable
consideration, an undivided 1/2 interest as a tenant in common in the following described tracts
of land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
Tract No. 1
Commencing at a point which is N 0° 0' E, 393 feet from the SW comer of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of
Section 30, T 32 N, R 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence N 87° 42' W (westerly).
along a line,parallel to the North Boundary of Lot 1, Block 13, Afton Townsite, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, 10 feet, more or less; thence northerly 240 feet along a line parallel to the West
Boundary line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 87° 42' W 230 feet along a line parallel to the
South Boundary of Lot 4 Block 12, Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more or less, to
the East Boundary of said Lot 4, Block 12; thence in a southerly direction along the East
Boundary line of said Lot 4, extended, 75 feet, to the NE Comer of Lot 1, Block 13, of said
Afton Townsite; thence N 87° 42' W, along the North Boundary line of said Lot 1,330 feet,
more or less, to the NW Comer of said lot 1, thence southerly, along the West boundary line of
said Lot 1, 11 9/16 rods, more or less, to a point 287/16 rods North of the SW Comer of Lot 4 of
said Lot 13 (said point also being on a North boundary line of the Milford 1. Gardner, Aida F.
Gardner, and Milford B. Gardner tract), thence S 87° 42' E along a line parallel to the North
boundary line of said Block 13 (being along the North boundary line of said Gardner property),
570 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, together with improvements located thereon and
water rights associated therewith.

Commencing at the NW Comer of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, T 32 R 118 W, 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, and running thence North 0° 0' East 429 feet; thence North 90° 0' E, 165 feet; thence
South 0° 0' East, 403.15 feet, more or less, to the centerline of 2nd Avenue (Swift Creek Road),
and thence running westerly along the Swift Creek Road to the West boundary line of said
property, (this being the line running northerly om the point of beginning).

thence North 90° 0' E, 60 rods, more or less, along the North Boundary line of the Dexter
Gardner property, to the East Boundary line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Sec 30, thence North,
along the East Boundary line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, 27 rods, thence North 90° 0' W, 60 rods,
more or less, to a point 20 rods East of the West Boundary line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S
