virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, and having its principal place of business in Afton, State of Wyoming,
the GRANTOR, and
James G. Livingston and Jeanelle E. Livingston, Husband and Wife,
grantee(s), whose address is: 185 Star West Drive, Afton, Wyoming 83110
WITNESSETH: that the grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain,
sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece and parcel of land situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, and described as follows to wit:
Lot 11 of Easy Acres Subdivision, Phase 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
September 10,1984 as instrument No. 622706 ofthe records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-
way of record, in sight, or in use.
