in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Sheree L. Raska, Steven L. Roberts and Scott C. Roberts
whose address is 18325 West Henderson Road, Medical Lake, W A 99022
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
SHEREE L. RASKA, STEVEN L. ROBERTS AND SCOTT C. ROBERTS,
as Joint Tenants
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Commencing at a point which is 50 feet West from the Southeast Corner of the NE 1A SE 1A of
Section 3, T35N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence West
198 feet, thence North 1320 feet, thence East 198 feet to the west edge of U.Sh Highway 89,
thence South along the West edge of said Highway, 1320 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 29, 1985 in Book
225PR on page 754 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Sheree L. Raska, Steven L. Roberts and Scott C. Roberts
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
