This is to certify that I, Lee S. Gardner, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, as such Sheriff, by virtue of Section 34-4-101 et seq., W.S., 1977, as amended,
and in pursuance of the power of sale conferred by the Notice of Assessment and Lien, to
the Star Valley Ranch Association, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, mortgagee, dated
January 18, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 2,
