KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Elma Bae Newman, a single
person, of Thayne. Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideration ofTen ($10) Dollars
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to Donald Forest Newman Jr., Grantee(s), the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and the State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point 20 rods South and 56 feet East of the Northwest corner
of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1I4) of Section 23,
Township 34 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P,M., Wyoming, and nmning East
416 feet; thence South 165 feet; thence West 416 feet; thence North 165 feet to
the point of beginning, together with access ingress and egress and utilities
granting and reserving said rights from a point being 30 rods South and 56 feet
East of the Northwest corner of the NE1I4SE1I4 of Section 23, Township 34
North, Range 119 West of the 6th P. M., Wyoming, and nmning East 30 feet;
thence South 165 feet; thence West 317 feet to Hokanson Avenue; thence North
30 feet; thence East 287 feet; thence North 135 feet to the Point of beginning
