KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of October
13,2008 made and executed by Noel N, Nelson, Trustee of the Nelson Family Trust Dated July
1,2002, mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $65,000.00 which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County. State of Wyoming, on the 28th day of October, 2008 in book 707 PR of Mortgages, at
Page 897 as document #943242 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County. to-wit:
" ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied. released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
