releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of the property referred to in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 110PR on
page 398 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk within the NE~NE~ of Section
26, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the referenced spike marking the Paul N. Scherbel (RLS 164) 1981 location for the
Northeast corner of said NE~NE~;
thence S 0°08'56" E, along the east line of said NE~NE~, 11.00 feet to the Northeast corner
of the Eddins property referred to in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 437PR on
page 571 of the said records;
thence N 89°08'05" W, along the north line of said Eddins property, 205.50 feet to the
northwest corner of said Eddins property;
thence S 0°08'56 E, along the west line of said Eddins property, 106.00 feet to the Southwest
corner of said Eddins property;
thence S 89°08'05" E, along the South line of said Eddins property, 205.50 feet to a point in
said East line of said NE ~ NE ~ ;
thence S 0°08'56" E, along said East line 138.00 feet;
thence West 588.05 feet;
