estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the Stater to-wit:

Kemmerer, Lincoln CountYr Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
PARCEL 2:
A triangular parcel of property located adjacent to the
Northeast corner of Lot 17 of Block 71 of the original
Townsite of Kemmererr Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at a point which is 60 feet due South of the SE
Corner of Lot 12 of Block 3 of the original Townsite of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence 32° southwest 50 feet to the NE property line of
Lot 17 of Block 71, original Townsite of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence 45° northwest 25 feet to the NW property line of
Lot 17 of Block 71, original Townsite of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence 55° northeast 50 feet to the starting point.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECTr HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
