DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS MA TIER having come before the Court, Court finds as follows:
1. That the Defendant, RANDY R LANCASTER, was duly served on 06/20/2008.
2. That the Defendant has failed to answer and the default was entered.
3. The Defendant is not in the military, a minor or incompetent.
4. That $6938.96 is due and owing to WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING as of
04/15/2008.
5. Interest has accrued at the rate of 7.0000% per annum, in the amount of $161.02 since
04/15/2008.
6. There being a contract of record in this matter, the plaintiff is entitled to reasonable attorney
fees under the American rule allowing reasonable attorney fees when provided by contract.
7. Based upon the criteria set forth in W.S. 1-14-126 and the attorney affidavit, the time spent,
and the hourly rate, are reasonable.
8. The plaintiff is entitled to reasonable attorney fees of $200.00.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff have judgment
against Defendant, RANDY R LANCASTER, in the amount of $6938.96 principal plus accrued interest
of $161.02, attorney fees of $200.00 plus costs of $90.00 and interest at 10.0000%, for a total judgment in
the amount of $7389.98, costs inCUIT din collectin the judgment and interest.
