Lineoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:

Office of the Oerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, witlún the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, of
Section 34, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, of the 61h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and
bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 2000 location for the
Northeast Corner ofthe Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 34 North, of said Range 119 West;
thence North 89°07'16" West, along the North line of said Northwest Quarter, 1323.68 feet to the B.L.M. type
Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 2002 location for the Southeast Corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34;
thence North 1°00'23" East, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 1150.00 feet
to a Referenced Point in Salt River, said point being 173.79 feet North 1°00'23" East, along the East line from
the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 2002 location for the Northeast Corner
of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South 89°07'13" East, 1328.42 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a Point in the West line of
the Southeast Quarter of said Section 34;
thence South 1°14'32" West, along said West line, 1150.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

The right of access as provided for in instruments recorded February 15, 2005 in Book 579PR on pages 2 and 7 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all nghts under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
