has directed its Notice of Intention to file a lien on the27th day' of

32 Hialeah Road, Afion, Wyoming 83110, advising said above named
Parties of its intent to file"a materialman's lien against
the buildings and improvements located on certain property situated,
lying and being within Lincoln County, State of Wyoming and herein
after being more pa-l'ticularly described, and further advising the said
owners and those claiming an eqnitable interest of the amount~'~i~ the
claim and that the clailn was dne from the above named owners and
claimants and that .the claim to date remains due, payable, unsatisfied

wherein Ethan L Call agreed to pay for the
labor and services performed at the rate set forth on the
attached statement of acconnt.
