Comes now Hendrik H. Drenth and Lisa A. Frist-Drenth, representing Lisa A. Frist-
Drenth, trustee of the Lisa A. Frist-Drenth revocable living trust U/A dtd June 14,2001
"The Drenths" of 176 Dell Creek Road of Alpine, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
who, being duly sworn on oath according to law and acting in their own right as a
married couple, do hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm:
1. That the said Drenths, in their own right as a married couple, are the sole owners
of lot 6B of Dell Creek Ranches as platted and recorded in the Office of the ,

2. That Gene and Hope Ray reside at lot 3 (parcel 7) of South Dell Creek Ranches as
platted and recorded in the Office of Lincoln County Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
3. That the Drenths constructed a north - south fence on the western most side of
their property line that separates the properties of the Drenth, and Ray properties
in the fall of 2005 and that said fence was placed approximately one and a half
feet on the inside of the Drenth west side property line.
4. That Gene and Hope Ray have encroached on the Drenth property by placing a
propane tank against the Drenth fence line in question (not in compliance with
Fire Marshall regulation of 10 feet from neighboring property line) which fence
line is situated approximately one and a half feet on the inside of the Drenth
property line and have attached corral panels, bird feeders and bird houses
directly onto the Drenth fence which is approximately one and a half feet inside
the Drenth property line.
5. That the Drenths have sent a certified letter as of December 12,2008 respectfully
informing Gene and Hope Ray of the Law of Adverse Possession and requesting
the removal of, including, but not limited to, the corral panels, bird houses and
bird feeders that are currently attached to the Drenth fence, which is placed
approximately one and a half foot inside the western most Drenth property line, as
well as relocating the propane tank that is currently against the Drenth fence and
is not in compliance with Fire Code of the limit of ten feet from neighboring
property .

6. That the Drenths respectfully request that the Clerk of Lincoln County dully note
that Gene and Hope Ray do not own the approximately one and a half foot of
property that is on the west side or outside of the Drenth fence line adjoining
the Ray property by filing this Affidavit and the accompanying copy of the
certified letter and recording both art~s with Lincoln County.
