18th day of April, 2006, Linda R. Nate and Marilyn Nate Cragun, Trustees,
GRANTOR, of P. O. Box 152, Cokeville, WY 83114, Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Karen Nate Nelson, of 421 Fremont St., Rock
Springs, WY 82901, and Marilyn Nate Cragun, of 1568 Sandlewood Dr., South
Weber, UT 84405, and Linda R. Nate, of P. O. Box 373, Cokeville, WY 83114, as
Tenants in Common, GRANTEES, the following described following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 17 in Section 16, Township 23 North, Range 119 West, of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Wyoming in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Containing 21.75 acres, more
