WARRANTY DEED
E. GREGORY HIGLEY, Trustee Under a Revocable Declaration of
Trust Dated November 12, 1992, Grantor, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to E. GREGORY HIGLEY, Trustee Under a Revocable
Declaration of Trust Dated November 12, 1992, TAFT B. HIGLEY and
JILLAIRE N. HIGLEY, husband and wife, and BRADFORD J. BROWER, as
joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantees, whose address
is 966 East Raymond Road, Fruit Heights, UT 84037, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Tract No. 37 (W1/2) of Section 4, T26N, Rl18W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in instrument recorded
November 20, 2000 in Book 456PR on page 27 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in instrument recorded
March 12, 2002 in Book 485PR on page 125 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in instrument recorded
March 26, 2007 in Book 652 on page 383 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in instrument recorded
October 30, 2008 in Book 708 on page 97 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restriction,
protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-
of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
