Stephanie Jepsen, a single woman, grantor, of PO Box 10227 Jackson, Teton County,
Wyoming 83002, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and
WARRANTS to Northstar Corporation, a Wyoming corporation, grantee, of PO Box 3048, Alpine,
WY 83128, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit
Lot 2 of Birch Creek Estates recorded April 16, 2007, at Document Number 928410
in the office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO all other covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations
and rights-of-way of sight or record.
