Trustees, Culbertson Living Trust dated December 18, 2008, whose address is 67 Hillside Circle,
Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127.
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration and for the sum ofTen Dollars
paid by the said Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the said Grantee, itslhis/her/their heirs, successors and
assigns forever, all the right title, interest and claim that the said Grantor has in and to the
