WARRANTY DEED
BRYAN R. PERKES and JULIE G. PERKES, husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MA VERIK
COUNTRY STORES, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Commencing at a point 115~ feet East from the Southwest corner of Lot 3 in Block 17 of the
Afton Townsite, and running thence North 1502/3 feet; thence East 49~ feet; thence North 14
1/3 feet; thence East 22 feet; thence South 165 feet; thence West 71 ~ feet, to the place of
beginning, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or
muse.
