KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bank of the West, as Successor
in Interest to Community First National Bank , a corporation,
does hereby certifY that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 12th Day of December , 2003
made and executed by Vijendra Sundar aka V.J. Sundar, and Lynette S Schmid Sundar, husband
and wife , as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$ 186,854.42 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 15th day of
December 2003 , as Document No. 895957 in Book 544 of Mortgages,
at page 076 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
