QUITCLAIM DEED

T L R Investments, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with principal place of
business at Cody, Park County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Maxine C. Veigel, Trustee of the Doyle E. Veigel
and Maxine C. Veigel Trust dated December 10,1992, of PO Box 365, Afton, WY 83110, grantee,
the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the. SW Corner of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 2, thence 70 rods
North to the place of Beginning, thence 250 rods North, thence 57 1/2 rods East,
thence 250 rods South, thence 57 1/2 rods West to the point of beginning, all in
T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., in Wyoming; also a right-of-way through the
SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 2, above described, for egress and ingress to the above
described Property

hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, encumbrances, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight or
