described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
QUITCLAIM DEED
Lot 707 of Lakeview Estates 5th Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to that plat filed December 23, 2002, in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No, 121-F.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
