COMES NOW, I Lloyd B. Baker, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath
first duly sworn, state and allege as follows:
1. The affiant is the same person that performed the
survey for the property described in Quit Claim Deed
recorded December 22, 2008, with Receiving No.
944275, in Book 711, on Page 493 for Michael Brian
Nelson, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

Wyoming, within the SEl/4SWl/4 of Section 27, T35N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and
Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of Wyoming State
Highway 239, said Point of Beginning being 33.00 feet
NOo41'17"E along the West line of the SEl/4 of said Section
