The affiant is the same person that performed the survey for the property described in Quit Claim Deed recorded December 22, 2008, with Receiving No. 944275, in Book 711, on Page 493 for Michael Brian Nelson, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. 2 . That this affidavit is given accordance with Wyoming State Wyoming Statutes (2007 amended), correcting errors in descriptions instrument. pursuant to and in Statute 34-11-101 for the purpose of of land in recorded 3. Baker PEILS 698, 1990 location for the Southwest Corner of said SE1/4 of said Section 27; thence N89°18'54"W, along said North line 287.05 feet; thence N1°44'34"E 160.25 feet to a Point in a South line of the property recorded with Instrument No. 869381, in Book 455PR, on Page 006, with said office; thence S89°18'54"E, along said South line, 284.10 feet to a point in said West line, of said SE1/4 of said Section 27; thence S0041'17"W, along said West line of said SE1/4, of said section 27, 160.22 feet, to the Point of Beginning, Encompassing 1.05± Acres of land.
