AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS

COMES NOW, I Lloyd B. Baker, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath
first duly sworn, state and allege as follows:
1. The affiant is the same person that performed the
survey for the property described in Quit Claim Deed
recorded December 22, 2008, with Receiving No.
944274, in Book 711, on Page 491 for Cordon Ray
Nelson, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
2. That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in
accordance with Wyoming State Statute 34-11-101
Wyoming Statutes (2007 amended), for the purpose of
correcting errors in descriptions of land in recorded
instrument.
3. That a typographical error in the Quit Claim Deed for
Cordon Ray Nelson recorded with Receiving No. 944274,
in Book 711 on Page 491 should be and are hereby
modified by correction as follows:
CORRECTED DESCRIPTION
Cordon Ray Nelson
A portion of the Nelson properties, as referred to and
recorded with Receiving No. 929029, in Book 565, on Page
699, and with Receiving No. 929088, in Book 656, on Page
865, and with Receiving No. 866877, in Book 448, on Page
337, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 27, T35N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and
Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of Wyoming State
Highway 239, said Point of Beginning being 407.16 feet
N84°39'58"W from the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1990
location for the Southeast Corner of said SW1/4, also
said Point of Beginning being 914.85 feet N88°37'04"E from
the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1999 location for the
Southwest Corner of the E1/2SW1/4 of said Section 27;
thence N89°18'54"W, along said North line, 241.10 feet to
the Southeast corner of the property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 868734, in Book 453PR, on
Page 318, with said Office;
thence N17°49'13"E, along the East line of last said
property, 168.59 feet to a Point in a South line of the
property, as referred to and recorded with Document No.
869381, in Book 455PR, on Page 006, with said Office;
thence S88°29'53"E, along said South line, 61.83 feet to
the Northwest corner of the property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 866877, in Book 448PR, on
Page 337, with said Office;

property, 251.34 feet; thence Sl°44'34"W 41.22 feet to a
Point in the North line of the property, as referred to in
the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 929029 in Book 656, on
Page 699, with said office;
thence N89°18'54"W, along last said North line, 93.25 feet
to the Northwest Corner thereof;
thence S89°14'53"W 27.73 feet;
thence SOo41'06"W, perpendicular to first said North line
of said Highway 239, 118.31 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, Encompassing 0.91± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and
Conditions of sight and or record.
