KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION (originally known as Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union) of LARAMŒ
COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing a
date of the 081M day of SEPTEMBER 2006 made and executed by ALAN R MUSSER, A
SINGLE MAN, MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $22,000.00 therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, STATE of WYOMING, on the 22nd day of
SEPTEMBER 2006 IN BOOK# 634, AT P AGE# 517, Mortgages instrument # 922689
mortgaging the following described real estate in said county, to wit
AS PER SAID MORTGAGE:
Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and
quitclaim the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
