CAROL A. KRAMER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 3350, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby
remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Wyoming
corporation, P.O. Box 5211, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Etna, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:
See the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC. I AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT TRACT", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 677 as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NWY4SW~, S89Q-55'-43"E. 528.00 feet,
from the northwest corner of said NWY-iS\Vr4;
thence S89°-55'-43"E, 368.33 feet, along said north line. to a spike;
