WHEREAS, Randy Boettler and Sandee Boettler, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,lnc., as nominee for
Fremont Investment & Loan, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated July 9, 2004 (the "Mortgage"), and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 27, 2004, at
Reception No. 901409 in Book 563 at Page 185.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Fremont Investment & Loan, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on September 2, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan ("Successful Bidder") made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$117,659.84, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on September 2, 2008 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 2,
2008, at Reception No. 941882 in Book 703 at Page 736;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to U.S. Bank
National Association as Trustee under the Securitization Servicing Agreement
dated as of October 1, 2004 Structured Asset Securities Corporation Fremont
Home Loan Trust Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2004-3, its
successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated
October 1, 2008 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

in Book J']/3 at Page 5Ù6.
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said U.S. Bank National
Association as Trustee under the Securitization Servicing Agreement dated as of
October 1, 2004 Structured Asset Securities Corporation Fremont Home Loan
Trust Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2004-3, Mailcode: NC4743,
701 Corporate Center Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of Section 13, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 13
and running thence N 10 25' E, 264 feet; thence West
215 feet; thence S 1 0 25' W, 264 feet to the center of

all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee under the Securitization
Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2004 Structured Asset Securities
Corporation Fremont Home Loan Trust Mortgage Pass Through Certificates,
Series 2004-3, its successors and assigns forever.
