BEGINNING at a point on the line between Corner No.6 and Corner No.7 of said Tract 66,
identical with the line between Corner No.2 and Corner No.3 of said Tract No. 65, S89°37'E,

thence North, 850 feet, parallel with the west line of said Tract No. 65;
