Electric Credit Corporation, hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of
April 13, 1970 made and executed by Ralph Calvert and Beatrice Calvert, as
mortgagor(sJ to Adams Sales, Inc, as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $18,966.40 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk, and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 30, 1971 in Book 94PR, Page 482 and
assigned to General Electric Credit Corporation said assignment recorded June 30, 1971,
Book 94PR, Page 485 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
Lots 7, 8 and 9 Block 12 of the Town of DiamondvlUe, Uncoln COUlIty, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
Is, with a note secured thereby. and the aforementioned debt, fuUy paid, satisfied.
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged. '
