QUITCLAIM DEED
For no consideration, we, Ronald W. Hobill (also known
as Ronnie Hobill) and Michelle Hobill, grant to Ronnie
William Hobill and Michelle Hobill, trustees of The U2
Living Trust, established January 23, 2009 whose address is
12511 East 45th Drive, Yuma, Arizona 85367 the following
described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to
wit:
Lots 626, 628 and 652, Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2, as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, reserving therefrom all rights, title, and
interest in and to any and all mineral rights appertaining
thereto, and subject to all declarations of covenants,
conditions and restrictions of record.
Lot 780 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat No. 4 Stage 1 as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, reserving therefrom all rights, title, and
interest in and to any and all mineral rights appertaining
thereto, and subject to all declarations of covenants,
conditions and restrictions of record.
