PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That First Interstate Bank, the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage executed by LDL Properties, LLC dated June 21, 2006, and recorded on July 6,
2006 in Official Records Book 625, pages 642, as Instrument No. 919982, of the Public Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing payment of the sum of $826,000.00, and promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage, does hereby release the following described property from the lien and
encumbrance of said mortgage, to-wit:
Building #25 of Cedar Springs Meadows, Phase III Condominium, Second Filing, as shown
by the official plat thereof filed on October 31, 2006, as Document No. 923937, as Plat 113-B
