POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT GAI.I. SUSAN ASBURY of Helena,
Montana make, constitute and appoint D. C. KRAUTTER of Longview Ranch,
Alpine, Wyoming my true and lawful. Attorney, "Attorney in Fact", for
me and in my name, place and stead and for the use and benefit of
selling my 3.778 acres of land ("Parcel A"), located in the W% S'WK
NE's, and the SE34 NW4 of Section 15, Township 36 North, Range 11.9 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming. This instrument of POWER OF ATTORNEY, is to
continue in force and effect until revoked in writing by me, Gail Susan
Asbury, the undersigned; GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing what-
soever requisite and necessary to be done as I might or could do if
personally present to sell my 3.778 acre property in Alpine, Wyoming.
