KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 11th day of July , 19 93 , made and executed
by Donn L. and Donna J. Dunnigan AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY,
INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of $ _ 9,000.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded on the 5th day of October , 1993, in Book 337 PR Page 41 Number
772542 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 102 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 21
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released
and discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 15th
day of May , 2001.
