Scherbel labeled "Tyson Thomas, Parcel B" dated April 24, 2001. NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description and the acknowledgement of that certain Warranty Deed recorded April 17, 2001 in Book 462PR on page 592 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
