THIS INDENTURE, made the 18th day of May , 2001 by and between the
MULLIGAN PROPERTIES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
ROBERT A. THOMAS AND KAYDENE THOMAS,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 176, Grover, WY 83112
as Grantees,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
That part of Section 29, T33N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Robert A. Thomas
and Kaydene Thomas, Parcel A" dated April 24, 2001.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded September 2, 1999 in Book 435PR on page 305 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.

That part of the SW'/4SEI/4 of Section 29, T33N, RI 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 419 of
Photostatic Records on page 195, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of
record in said Office in Book 435 of Photostatic Records on page 305 as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said SWI/4SEI/4, NO0°-24'-53"W, 736.26 feet
from the southwest corner of said SWI/4SEI/4;
thence continuing, NO0°-24'-53"W, 592.55 feet, along said west line, to the northwest
corner thereof;
thence N89°-47'-37"E, 1352.41 feet, along the north line of said SWI/4SEI/4, to the northeast
corner thereof;
thence SO0°-06'-22"W, 603.33 feet, along the east line of said SWI/4SEI/4, to a point;
thence N89°-44'-53"W, 1347.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 18.53 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SEI/4 of Section 29, T33N,
RI 18W, being S89°-58'-30"W;
TOGETHER with that common access easement as described in that tract of record in said
office in Book 89 of Photostatic Records on page 262;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY PARCEL DIVISION APPLICATION FOR
ROBERT A. THOMAS AND KAYDENE THOMAS AND TYSON THOMAS WITHIN
THE SWI/4SEI/4 SECTION 29 T R1 18W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 24
