Lot 7, Rocky Point Business Park Second Filing, Thayne, Wyoming, according to
the plat that was filed with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 10,
2008 as Receiving No. 940431, also known as Star Valley Storage
Condominiums, according to the plat that was filed with the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming on July 16,2008 as Receiving No. 940593, less and excepting
those parcels therein that are described in the deeds that are attached hereto as
Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
8. The contract for the delivery of services, by which the services of West
Hills Construction, Inc. d/b/a West Hills Equipment Rentals were requested, was oral.
Wheeler Investments, LLC and/or its representatives paid the first two invoices pursuant
to that oral contract but have failed to pay the third and final invoice pursuant to that oral
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, West Hills Construction, Inc. d/b/a West Hills Equipment
Rentals files this lien on the above-described property for the amount stated above.
