that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 578 of Photostatic Records
on page 461, and all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 498 of Photostatic Records on
page 84, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest spike of said tract in Book 498, on the south line of said SE Y4SWY4,
S89°-38'-22"W, 164.76 feet trom the southeast comer of said SEY4SWY4;
thence S89°-38'-22"W, 33.00 feet, along said south line, to a spike;
thence NOoo-03' -23"E, 1321.71 feet, to a spike on the north line of said SEY4SWY4;
thence N89°-35' -46"E, 33.00 feet, along said north line, to the northwest point of said tract in Book
498;
thence continuing N89°-35'-46"E, 131.76 feet, along said north line, to the northeast point of said
tract;
thence SOoo ~03' -23 "w, 1321.83 feet, along the east line of said tract, to a spike on said south line;

appropriate details;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LID BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL L TD
AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
