RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of September
26,2008 and executed by Clinton Miles and Lacey Jo Miles, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of$101,277.00
mortgage was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 1 st day of October, 2008, as Book #706 of Mortgages,
at Page # 115, as Instrument Number # 942604 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
