WARRANTY DEED
Wilbert Ohlmann and Judith Ohlmann, husband and wife, Grantors, Lincoln County, whose
address is PO Box 4477, Bedford, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten dollars ($10,00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to:
(i) Wilbert H, Ohlmann, Trustee of the Wilbert H, Ohlmann Revocable Trust under
agreement dated January 21, 2009, for the benefit of Wilbert H, Ohlmann and his
heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy-in-conimon interest, and to
(ii) Judith D. Ohlmann, Trustee of the Judith D. Ohlmann Revocable Trust under
agreement dated January 21, 2009, for the benefit of Judith D. Ohlmann and her
heirs, an undivided 50% tenancy-in-common interest,
Grantees, whose address is PO Box 4477, Bedford, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate, situate in L..ì~" County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
N1/2NW1/4NWI/4 of Section 11, T33N RII8W of the 6th P,M" Lincoln County,
Wyoming
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state,
