KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REED RICK MILLER and
KELLY J. MILLER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P,O, Box 699, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby
remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto REED RICK MILLER and KELLY J.
MILLER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110,
as husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties" Grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever,
all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought
to have, in or to the following described property situated in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, to
wit:

The property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 562PR, on Page 259,
and a portion of the property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 507PR, on Page
585, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, all within the
NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the SE1/4 of Section 10, of said
T33N, R118W, said Point of Beginning, being 291.05 feet S89°54'03"W, along said
South line from the U.S, Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management, 1966
location for the Southeast Comer of said SE1/4; thence Soo29'52"W 301.35 feet; thence
S89°54'03"W, parallel with said South line, 287.91 feet; thence Noo05'57"W, parallel
with the East line of said NE1/4NE1/4, 301.33 feet to a Point in said South line; thence
N89°54'03"E, along said South line, 291.05 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
encompassing 2.00± Acres of land,
