SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

For good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, Clearview Village Property
Owners Association, hereby subordinates the Assessment Lien contained in
Amended and Restate Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of
Clearview Village Subdivision recorded August 5, 2008 in Book 701PR on page 501
to the mortgage executed by Michael D. Coziah and Sonia S. Coziah in favor of The
Bank of Star Valley in the amount of $20,000.00 recorded 8/ ft7/ !JOOC¡ in
Book -.!1.lLPR on page 9>·11 of the records of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming.
The undersigned, by execution of this subordination agreement, does not
release the lien existing by virtue of its Amended and Restate Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Clearview Village Subdivision, but only
subordinates to the extent described in said mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Russell Motzkus, Board Chairman, and Michelle
Motzkus, Secretary / Treasurer, for Clearview Village Property Owners Association
have executed this Subordination Agreement this .5 lJJ day of February, 2009.
