ESTERHOLDT, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to ERICK W. ESTERHOLDT, as Trustee of the ERICK W. ESTERHOLDT REVOCABLE TRUST dated February 6, 2009, and JEANNE M. ESTERHOLDT, as Trustee of the JEANNE M. ESTERHOLDT REVOCABLE TRUST dated February 6, 2009, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 128, Cokeville, WY 83114 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: That part of Tract 61 and Track 62 of Township 25 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows: -) Beginning at Corner No. 2 of Tract 129 where is found a concrete tack set in Highway 30N with 20" IP & BC witness corners set Westerly and Southerly; thence South 87°42' East, 458.0 feet to a point; thence South 10°11' East, 407..9 feet to a point; thence South 83° 31' West, 954.3 feet more or less, to the East right-of-way line of the Oregon Short Line Railroad; thence North 09° 37' West, 537.0 feet, more or less, along the said right-of-way line to the north line of said Tract 61; thence South 89° 47' East, 103 feet along the said North line to point; thence continuing South 89° 47' East, 405 feet, more or less, along the said North line to the place of beginning; each point being marked by a 2 ' galvanized steel pipe 30" long with brass cap appropriately inscribed; encompassing on area of 10.4 acres, more or less; all in accordance with the map prepared and filed for record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, less 2.0 acres, more or less, deeded to the State Highway Commission of Wyoming and described as Parcel 1 on a Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 127 PR Page 318 of the records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit: Beginning at a point with bears North 33°16'59.0" West a distance of 622.14 feet from a point which bears North 47°09'25.7" West a distance of 449.72 feet from a point which bears North 49°24'24.7" West a distance of 210.98 feet from a point on the South boundary of said Tract 62 from which point corner number 3 thereof· bears North 89°05'27.3" West a distance of 1,100.57 feet, said point of beginning also being located on the circular arc of 3° RECEIVED 2/9/2009 at 11 :29 AM RECEIVING # 945141 BOOK: 715 PAGE: 35 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
