CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Charles Phillip
Squires, of Sigurd, Utah, Grantor(s), for and in consideration ofTEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT twelve and one-half (12.5%) per cent
undivided interest and Quit Claim any other interest in the below described property
to: Darald N. Erickson and Carleya L.Erickson, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the
Entireties, Grantee(s), of 124 Neild Avenue, Afton, Wyoming, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the
State, to-wit:
COMMENCING at a point six (6) rods East from the Northwest Comer of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4NEl/4) of Section thirty-
six (36) , in Township thirty-two (32) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P. M.,
Wyoming, and running thence East six (6) rods; thenèe South twelve (12)
rods; thence West six (6) rods; thence North twelve (12) rods, to the place of
beginning. Together with all water and ditch rights to said land as the same is
recorded, all in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
This Corrective Warranty Deed is to correct the Warranty Deed recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, recorded on December 23,2008, in Book
711 of Photostatic Records on Page 554.
