KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ST AR VALLEY
DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, 120 Vista West Drive,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged,
hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to LOWER VALLEY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 5 of Star Valley Apartments, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat filed August 12, 2004 as Instrument No. 901938 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
