Trustees of the Quinn R. Heiner and Hyesoon H. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 8,
2004, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and
quitclaim unto Quinn R. Heiner, Jr. and Diana E. Heiner, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, of 779 Lincoln Road 120, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document
No. 900183, in Book 558PR, on Page 865, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 7, T34N, R118W, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Clark property, as referred to in the
Affidavit Correction Legal Descriptions, recorded with Receiving No. 943397, in
Book 708, on Page 444, with said Office, said Point of Beginning being 770.33 feet
S89°56'16"W, along the North line of the NE1/4 of Section 18, of said T34N,
R118W, from the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698, 1971 location for the Northeast
Corner of said NE1/4;
thence S89°56'16"W, continuing along said North line, 192.58 feet to a Point, said
Point being 357.58 feet N89°56'16"E, along said North line, from the Lloyd B. Baker
PE/LS 698, 1989 location for the Northwest Corner of the NE1/4NE1/4 of said
Section 18;
thence NO° 41'27"E 452.40 feet to a Point in the North line of said Heiner property;
thence N89°56'16"E, along the North line of said Heiner property, 192.56 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Clark property;
thence Soo41'14"W, along the West line of said Clark property, 452.40 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, Encompassing 2.00± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Right-of-Way Easement, for Lost Creek
County Road 12-120, as referred to and recorded with Document No. 547377, in
Book 169PR, on Page 414, with said Office.

Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and Conditions of sight and or record.

instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees
had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf
of the trust; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
trust.
