for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other, valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof,is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO R. G. ENTERPRISES, LIMITED, of P. 0. Box
772, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit;
A Tract of land which includes all of Lot 201
encompassinq an area of 23.63 acres, more or less,
all in accordance with the plat filed in the office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled "BOUNDARY
ADJUSTMENT FOR LOTS 3 and 4 OF WEST8ILLS SUBDIVISION
WITHIN THE SW4 Section 33 T32 N R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, " as Plat No. 51-D, Instrument 862981.
Lot 201 includes one share of water from the Child-
Merritt Spring.
Also a tract of land in Lot 4 (SE4SE4) of Section 32
N R119W Lincoln County, Wyoming containing 1.14 acres,
more or less, more particularly described on attached
Exhibit A, "Description ....CHILD MERRITT PIPELINE SPRING
TRACT," prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel, dated April 5, 1991.
A tract of land which includes all of Lot 8 encompassing
an area of 9.96 acres, more or less, all in accordance
with the plat filed in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled "WESTHILLS SUBDIVISION" being part of Lot 2
(NWaNE4) SWaNE4 LOTS 3 and 4 (NkNW4), SEaNW4 SECTION 4 LOT
1 SzSW4 SW4SE4-`SECTION 33 T32N R119W Lincoln County,
Wyoming dated June 12, 1992.
Including one share of water from the Child-Merritt
Spring.
That part of Lot 9 of the "WESTHILLD SUBDIVISION"'of
record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as
Plat No. 343, lying and being situated within the
SWaSW4 of Section 33 T32N, R119W Lincoln County, Wyoming
being secondarily described on attached "Exhibit B"
Robert Steele Plat of Lot 9 Westhills Subdivision dated
December 1, 1993, Including one share of water from
thei Child-Merritt Spring.
Reserving to the owners of Lot 7 and their heirs,
successors and assigns, an access easement within the
SWaSW4 of Section 33 T32N R119W Lincoln County, Wyoming,
thirty feet in width with the center line more particu-
larly described on the attached Exhibit C, a copy of
the "DESCRIPTION FOR LAMONT.MERRITT OF ACCESS EASEMENT
ACROSS LOTS 3 and 8 OF THE WEST HILLS SUBDIVISION."

of Lincoln County within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 33, T32N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, fifteen (15) feet each side of
the following described center line:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 7 of said Subdivision;
thence N890-58.21W, 99.44 feet, along a westerly protraction of
the north line of said lot 7 to a point on the west line of

thence continuing N890-58.21W, 3.62 feet, to a point of curve
at the beginning of a horizontal curve to the left;
