KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Hyrum K. Cranney,
Trustee of the KHADRA A. CRANNEY FAMILY TRUST, dated the 1st
day of October, 1994, in Consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable Consideration, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed
and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does, for the
heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and quitclaim
unto Janice Walton, a married woman, whose address is P.O. Box
261, Bountiful, UT 84010, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as the trust may have
or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises,
to-wit:
A portion of Lot 3 (NE-41NWI), of Section 1, T31N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in
the North line of Section 1, said point being 694.07
feet N89°44'50"W along said North line, from the Spike
found marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 3;
thence SO°53'36"W 1,309.50 feet to an Iron Pipe Set;
thence N89°3853"W 314.18 feet to an Iron Pipe Set;
thence N0°54'00"E 1,308.96 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike
set at a point in said North line; thence S89°44'50"E,
along said North line, 314.03 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 9.440 acres of land
SUBJECT TO: a 30 foot Easement for Papworth Lane,
County Road 12-145 for Ingress and Egress and Utilities
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.,
