Alta Drive, Thayne, WY 83127.
SUBJECT to all conditions, covenants, and restrictions of Star Valley Ranch,
as filed by Leisure Valley, Inc., and as amended, and all easements of sight
and record.
Property is conveyed and sold "AS IS."
